I enjoyed this but I suggest the following:

summer drizzle--
a flock flutter through
the rainbow

1. A flock (singular) > flutter(s)
2. A flock of (naming things is important “swallows”, “geese”) flutters
3. Flutter is a light flapping of wings or rapid flapping of something small. Apply the appropriate behavior to a species or thing. For example,

summer drizzle
a flock of snow geese migrates
across the rainbow
